Using treatments from Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and bandaging, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy and NLP to workshops and retreats we want to help make a significant difference in your life.
We specialise in working with people who have experienced cancer or have lymphoedema but our overall quest is to help each individual to experience optimum health and wellness.

MLD is using specific massage techniques which creates a pump action for the lymphatic system improving the flow of lymph and natural function of the lymphatic system
Aromatherapy uses essential oils (concentrated plant essences) for therapeutic purposes such as to revitalise, relax, rejuvenate, heal and enhance the well-being of an individual or a group.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
This is a deeply relaxing massage technique that helps reduce stress and supports the nervous system. We work on the upper body, head neck and shoulders while seated and fully clothed.
